Anchor Text Length Limit

Lately im getting trade requests from people asking for 5 or 6 word long anchor texts.
As a suggestion can we have a limit to anchor text length added? Maybe have it as a per user setting....? One, Two, even Three words makes sense... but people are request sentence long anchor texts which is downright silly.
