How do I add pages to my profile and or page of requests ?

Im new and I am having a hard time figuring out how to Start. I wish to LIST two of my domains index pages into linkspun - and I cant seem to find the page or button that lets me do that.
would you like to give this new guy a tip on how thats done?

In the top right corner under where it says "Welcome back Guestroom" there is a row of four links, one of them is "Manage pages". That is where you add your URLs that you want to list and put them in categories and set whether to hide them from other linkspunners or not.
