Well this times update in a nutshell: No content, not updated content or outdated content websites => From PR0 to PR2 even 3 or 4. Quality, unique, handwritten, daily updatad content => From PR3 to PR0, 2 or 1. Not a single instance of upgrading. Personal experienced. So yeah, such site can - in fac...
