Message system not showing new messages...

Yesterday I commented on this trade to Rochard.

He commented back, but the message system doesn't show me that message. Now I wonder how many other messages it doesn't show me.

Also it was showing me that I had 2 unread messages a few days ago... So I scanned every message and I couldn't find any from someone that were new. So I marked all read. It showed all read, but now I am wondering if someone sent me real messages and the system is showing me those messages.

Again... Shows I have 1 new message. When I click on the Inbox (1) link it takes me to inbox and no new message seems to be showing.

When I go to the Home page it shows the message in my LinkSpun activity.

Went back to inbox and showed all, then searched for the message poster and her message is not there.

Searched for her specific message and it also doesn't show up.

I am going to leave it alone at this point and not actually "read" her message by going to the trade that popped it up so you can come in as me and see what I am seeing.

I think I might see the pattern... The only messages that show in the inbox are the first messages in a "thread" on a trade. If the "new" message is a reply, it doesn't show in my inbox and only shows on the home page.

Thanks, there is def a bug with it, not sure what is causing it to happen like that, and seems to have no set pattern of happening (I can't seem to make it happen).

Drocd will check this out, hopefully a cause can be nailed down from looking at yours.

So I do see the original messages of mine to both Charlotte and Rochard, but those should be highlighted to let me know in the inbox that those are the threads containing new messages.
