Migrating Domain from one to another account

Hi.

I have a problem. Bought two domains a few months ago. They are already running and I can use the subpages with linkspun. But now I really need the mainpages of both domains migrated into my account. I can`t add them because they still seem to be connected with another account (I know the owner of this account, but he doesn`t answer my mails).
