Looking for specific type link exchanges

Hi,

I have some good sites that I can link back to you from, sites with decent Alexa ratings, that show up for some good terms at Google, and do not have a lot of outgoing links.

What I am looking for is basically the same thing, and I am looking for all niches:

- I do not want a link on EVERY page of your site...only one page please. If your site is a blog and you can not put a link just on the index page, I'm sorry but I'm not interested.
- I am looking for sites with Alexa ratings of 600,000 or less
- Sites that actually show up in Google in the top 20 or 30 for some of their targeted terms
- Sites with less than 100 outgoing links...preferably less than 50.

The sites that I want to get links to are all "good neighborhoods" that already show up in the top 10 for some really competitive terms. At one point, Google had said that linking to good neighborhoods (i.e. good sites) could actually help you...I'm not sure if that is true or not, but it certainly will not hurt you.

Sounds about right... People always get miffed that I deny a massive number of trades because their site is just too poor in quality... I will make exceptions... Perhaps somebody has a site that is new, but all of their other sites kick ass. I will trade with the new site and they will do the same with my new sites. But I get sick and tired of requests for trades where they have nothing but 1,000,000 Alexa ratings and their site doesn't show up for shit.
