Reset all sites to PR0

Hi All,

Just a thought, since the PR does not update anymore I think all sites should reset to PR0. That would be better then the situation it is now where sites show high PR while in fact they are lower (I have a few sites also).

Just an idea, what do you think?

PS: I'm not sure if this even can be done when admin is still not active.

That'd be a bad idea... then when it comes back up it will be a huge problem to have them all go through at the same time.
