Redirecting Domain

Hi There,
Today while I was searching for new trades I find out some users using a redirecting domains to set up trades here on link spun and it is not only one domain so I wonder if this is valid? I will leave an example of domain which says is PR5 and redirect you to a different domain with a tracking code in a URL
http://extremepornblog.net/ redirect to http://www.kink.com/k/sites.jsp?c=1
http://www.goodlookingmom.com/ redirect to http://www.40somethingmag.com/modeldir/ ... 4wLjAuMC4w
As you can see this are two example of what I'm talking about. It is this acceptable?

Consider these sites are dead, they redirect to pay-sites, GTPR showed belongs to the sites they are redirected to.

Depends... If I was asking for a link from one of these domains that would be against the rules... If he were asking for a link into one of these domains it would be on me to figure this out.
