Unknown error after request

Sometimes I get a Error! popup when requesting a trade, this is not all the time.

Since there's no error explanation shown, I'm wondering what the reason is

I believe this happens when the ajax request fails...hard to say why it happens without seeing it in action and debugging. How often?
