Yahoo Link operator does not work

Does anyone here has noticed that yahoo link operator has stopped this morning? If so could you let me know?

Ok fellows more details on what's going on with the link operator, it seem that yahoo is forcing the webmaster to use their bing webmaster tools !!! check this out
