Linkspun can't find links on HostedTube sites?

Trying to trade links with a site of mine using HostedTube's solution, but the linkspun script won't find the link I put on it

Anybody else having this issue?

I was having the same problem. The fix that worked for me was to put the whole site address including the http.

Any issues are usually with their cache system not updating your site.

Make sure to load it yourself and see that the changes were actually reflected... ie, the link actually shows up on the site.

The problem with their cache usually happens when you are on the editing link screen and you put a link and its anchor in the two boxes provided, then you hit PUBLISH instead of SAVE!

You basically published the same thing that was already there with no SAVED changes...

So make a fake edit (copy and paste the same thing back into the boxes) and then hit SAVE at the bottom of the page. Then hit publish. Now your new link should show up and the cache will have been erased. Now you can ask LS to check the link and all should be as dandy and candy!

I don't see your link on either site... so I cannot help you...

Nobody is having a problem what so ever using the hosted tubes from pimproll if that is what you are referring to.

On trade 724726 the link is the first link in the footer of the site (hostedtube site). First on the left of footer links. But linkspun cant see it.

On the other trade, me and the other guy came to an agreement and ended it so no more issue.

That was a placeholder page from month ago. I see a hostedtube I've been working on. Hmmm, I'm going to go smoke a joint and check DNS and all that jazz.
