Question about page linking

Looking to push links to a site and want specific niches, site types, numbers, tld's etc, this is a good place to ask or look.

Is it possible to be linked (from an other site)to one page , but that page not to be shown available for outgoing links to other webmasters?

yes, you set it as "hidden" in the manage pages section.

why to we need to hide are links?
