Actually my IP is blocked because I've done too many changes in a short time. How do you get it removed? This doesn't do anything http://www.thumblogger.com/ban/removeip.php

Unfortunately there is nothing I can do since it says we aren't banned by IP...

You can try complaining on his forum:
