Where do I get my link codes?

Why is the banner generator asking me to upload a banner? Don't you have pre-made advertising banners?

In regards to payouts, the Affiliate Program page says this:

Earn 35% commission on ALL revenue generated by your users for LIFE!

3% WEBMASTER REFERRAL

But the How To Promote page under My Account - Affiliate says this:

If you promote the site you can receive the following revenues:
When member uses credits: 10% from his sales.
First time when member purchase credits: 10% from his sale.
First time when member purchase credits: 10 credits.

Why do you ask for my SS/TaxID but not a W-9?

What about other promo material?

Easily one of the emptiest admins I have ever seen. You really need to hire an affiliate manager (not just a one time "make my admin" job either - a full time job)

I chatted on skype with Jorge for 45 minutes. I would have given him more time but he did not have any information that I could use to help his business. In fact, I couldn't get the most basic figures from him. He didn't want to tell me his budget or any of the details I need to help make advertising profitable. Now we know his budget is 27 grand. Whoever takes this job had better be able to turn 27 large into at LEAST 30% profit minimum.

Jorge, you need to know what is the most you're wiling to pay for a free signup. You need to know how many free signups it takes to make a sale. It would also help if you knew which are the most profitable countries for your site at the moment. Without those numbers, you're literally throwing money away.
