Can you, you two, or you guys, please quit resorting to using profanity. I know this is an adult link trading site, but it is also a professional place to conduct business. While saying something lighthearted like, "Greenguy, you haven't seen your dick in years!" is acceptable, your constant verbal abuse of other members through the trade comment system is getting out of hand.

Also, using unprofessional tactics like having one of your accounts tell someone they have to accept a trade (or should have accepted a trade) or else all of the accounts will cancel their trades with the person that denied the trade will not be tolerated.

Yes, I know... You (or one of you, or all of you) know John personally. And I am ruining his link trading site. Thanks for your vote of confidence. I don't want an apology and don't even need an acknowledgment that you have read this message. I just don't want to keep getting a report about one of your nicks every single time I login.

So why not send this to you in a PM? Because I don't feel like cc'ing it to 16 different people and so I don't need to send an acknowledgement to the dozens of people that have complained. They can just see that I have mentioned it here.

I've been meaning to ask, is this place a ghost ship that just hasn't sank yet or is it safe to make long term plans here? Havn't read all the details about this site yet, only tidbits.

Are we allowed to report hurtful comments as well?

Also, thanks for a list of traders to ban

If people are afraid the site might disappear one day, without notice, take screen shots of your trades and that way if the site ever does go tits up like Thunderball you have a record of your trades. Not that I want to feed that tired topic, but you can always keep your own records just in case.

Great job keeping this site going, BTW.

The site isn't going anywhere. The domain has been renewed into 2014. Amerinoc has not only committed to hosting the site into infinity, they have also begun to discuss its expansion. Drocd has committed to making sure the backend is solid and stays that way. I am committed to admining the site until Jdoughs gets back, however long that may be.

Collectively, we have all discussed and committed to growing LS and TS. We are working on finding out what happened to Jdoughs. First and foremost we all feel very strong about LS not failing like TB did, both in lack of fixing bugs/adding features and letting the site close.

Soon we will have something in place so you can export your trades. This will give you a chance to back your trades up and be able to insert them into LO easier.

I got all my trades deleted from these idiots. I wanted to stop a trade then they dropped 50+ trades, doing the clowns in the messages. These idiots should get BANNED.

I have them all blocked but its doing a disservice to linkspun and all the hard working people around here.

This is how they often work and this kind of behavior shouldn't be tolerated. Not to mention how rude and disrespectful they are. A bunch of people that no honest person wants to deal with.

Yes, I know the forum is moderated. I didn't realize it wasn't indexed by Google, though. Anyway, I was joking - I'm sorry if that came across wrong.

We are working on finding out what happened to Jdoughs.
The only thing I remember reading on GFY shortly before JDoughs went hors du combat, was that his mother had just passed away...

NB: I also received a nastygram from one of the subject LS members that they would take down all of my trades if I didn't restore one of theirs. I just wrote back: Please do. Then blocked them.

His mother passed away in late October, 2010. He went missing many months later. Still, the two may be connected... But he walked away from thousands of dollars a month on his network of sites and tens of thousands with Linkspun and possibly much more with Trafficspun...

Then again, he had a mainstream gig in real estate and if it were paying well I could see something like this happening... But why not just ask any of us to do what I am doing right now and make a piece of this too?

Its not about the rudeness of the messages, i couldn't give a s hit about them, the problem is i had to delete 50+ trades between these morons.

Vrocks, you have to ban them.

I think things might be easier if there was a "Stop All Trades With This User" button when you click on a user's profile.
