Make forum names clickable

When someone posts and they say something intelligent, I try to click their name on the message board. It should send you to their links profile page so you can offer trades. The way it is now I have to copy and paste the name to the find box and then offer links. It feels like very 1970s tech... please help ;)

That's a solid idea for sure, I'll see what I can figure out to get this rocking.
