Unavailable for links still requestable

I've received a request for a site which was added to category "unavailable for links" (http://www.linkspun.com/trade_view.php?tradeID=1006537). The original idea was to make sites from that category unavailable for any requests, wasn't it. So what went wrong on this one?

I think i will actually make that happen... What it was for is to let people know, this isn't a good one to ask for...

But if you have it in Babes, Teens, Unavailable they see: Babes +2
