Any info about the legal aspect of this site? I wouldn't want to get an email some day from showtime telling me to take down the images or the whole blog..

It's not my site, best to contact the site owner with your question. But the site has been up since 2008 and has a disclaimer in the footer.

From what I have seen with Showtime is they enjoy sites like this. They are trying to get people to buy Showtime. A premium service that doesn't come in a package with your cable provider. They love it when fans drum up buzz.

SO LONG AS YOU DON'T BREAK SOME RULES!

1) No porn. No adult dating! No webcams!
2) Ads need to be mainstream and should not compete against Showtime.
* So Netflix would be a problem. Showtime wants people to watch Showtimes movie channels
3) You cannot talk about Fight Club!
4) Do not bad mouth the network or the show in any way!

Otherwise I have seen a lot of these sites and I have a friend that had one for The Wire which might be HBO... But he never had any problem and eventually started working for HBO as a writers assistant. I guess they enjoyed the quality of his blog posts?
