Target - Blank = ok ?

Kind of a noob here on linkspun , just wanna make sure our tactics are within guidelines.

The only thing i'm manually adding to our link trades code is the target="_blank" attribute to pop open external links in a new window.

generally viewed as ok ?

I always set my Linkspun trade OBLs to open in a new window using the target blank choice on WP blogs or hand code on my other sites.
