Schemes? If I was you I would be very careful accusing the company I work for of Schemes, unless you want to take this a step forward. Take me very seriously on this and have the Administrator remove your post.

Google does not read your Email or your Google Docs looking for link schemes. If they did they would basically kill their company. Nobody would use them if they were looking into the data they are storing. It would be akin to your bank opening up all of the safety deposit boxes to see what is inside them.
