Get your links disavowed or whatever, thats something thats just wrong.

Read it the other way around... You ask him to remove the link... You don't want to trade anymore... He is tired of it happening... He tells you it will cost $10...

I looked through his links and didn't notice him hitting anybody up for money in comments. And he isn't dropping links.

All in all you can say he doesn't care anything anymore, because he wants to sell his entire network... without Success..

Yeah, he doesn't ask for money in comments. Maybe others should do it the same way. 'Collecting' tons of links and trying to sell their network and if it's not going as expected because of the 'high' Quality of sites i ask for 10 Bucks to remove them.
And i always thought its just the other way around, aslong money to put links up ^^
