Theres tons of domains on here that are PR2/3 without any backlinks, its getting to the stage where you have to check every site manually before requesting a trade, which can take ages. I normally do mass requests and then just check the few that get accepted.
I'm not saying that they are fake PR, they probably where PR2 but its been so long since PR was updated they should be PR0 now.
