Removing a trade

Post by clickxnet »

I have a trade that we initiated, that was requested in error. The other side already approved and setup his link. However upon reviewing the trade I realized it should not have been requested as it runs counter to our linking strategy. I have commented now, twice, in the trade, requesting the other person remove his link explaining that the trade was not going to be honored on our end and should not have been requested. The link is still not removed. Now with your limits on the number of pending trades before an account is locked this presents more of an emergent issue as it is taking up one of my apparantly 10 available spots for pending trades. How do I get him to remove the link or cancel the trade so that it gets out of my pending area?

If you send me the trade link I will move it to 'Link Errors' or pending, and he can redo it. Either should get it out of your spot there.
