It is a start... You have zero content though...
You should try actually writing something somewhere on the page... perhaps a little bit about cams and how they have evolved or something...
And the domain doesn't match the cam ad I got in the top right... it was a dude.

Here is what I would do:
1) Move the meta title and description up the page and place is right after your <html><head> code.
2) In the meta description add "webcam" somewhere - people searching for hot naked girls are probably not looking for webcams and targeted traffic will convert better.
3) I take it English isn't your first language? Get some help with the opening block of text it doesn't make sense.
4) You really do need to add LOTS more text to the page, add 3 or 4 paragraphs of text under the first block of webcam feeds.
Right click on your page and view 'source' this is what google sees, it doesn't look good all iframe and flash code no depth.

Now i have almost 140 organic visits daily all from google, all visits are from United States with kyw hot naked girls, but my bounce rate are high ( 70 - 80 % ) how i can fix that and i wanna at least one sales . Can you help me guys ?

I agree with all of the posts to you. But 1 suggestion is the template your using you should put your logo on top and take off the templates logo unless that is your blog header.
