Swap links to another domain

Hi I have recently closed down my original website and i am trading under another one, the links are currently live on this new site but how do i transfer them across on link spun so that it gets rid of the link Errors?

You should 301 redirect the old one to the new one, the linkspun spider will follow the redirect and look for the link where it ends up.
