The 1,111,111th trade request contest!

Post by vrocks »

The 1,111,111th trade request contest!

In celebration of the not to distant future 1,111,111th trade request and to infuse some money into LinkSpun a fundraising contest is being offered.

The prize pool will be determined by the number of tickets sold.

Each ticket costs $1 and can be purchased by using this Paypal link. Each ticket is a chance to win a prize. The more tickets you purchase the more chances you will have to win.

The money will be split 30/70 between LinkSpun.com and the prize pool. So $1000 in tickets would equal a $700 prize pool.

Winners must receive their prize in the form of an online gift certificate (Amazon) or an online service such as paid for hosting. No cash prizes will be awarded!

Remember to give me your username in the comment section of the Paypal process.

Once the 1,111,111th trade request is made LinkSpun will randomly choose winners from the available tickets.

The user creating the trade request will receive: 14.285% of the prize pool. ($100 in a $700 prize pool)
The user receiving the trade request will receive: 5.715% of the prize pool. ($40 in a $700 prize pool)

All other winners will be selected from tickets purchased.

A remaining prize pool of $299 or less will payout:

1st: 80%
2nd: 20%

A remaining prize pool of $300 to $599 will payout:

1st: 50%
2nd: 30%
3rd: 20%

A remaining prize pool of $700 to $999 will payout:

1st: 40%
2nd: 25%
3rd: 15%
4th: 10%
5th: 10%

A remaining prize pool of $1000 to $1499 will payout:

1st: 35%
2nd: 20%
3rd: 12.5%
4th: 10%
5th: 7.5%
6th: 5%
7th: 5%
8th: 5%

A remaining prize pool of $1500 or more will payout:

1st: 32.5%
2nd: 17.5%
3rd: 12.5%
4th: 7.5%
5th: 5%
6th: 5%
7th: 5%
8th: 5%
9th: 5%
10th: 5%

All actual payout amounts will be rounded down to the nearest dollar to make it easier on everybody.

Winning tickets will be drawn no longer than one week after the 1,111,111th trade is entered into the system.

Keep in mind there is a 150 trades a day limit and also a 500 trade requests per week limit already in place. It will not be lifted.

Rules are subject to change as needed.

Good luck!

just to clarify, you don't have to purchase tickets individually. if you want twenty, do them all in one transaction. unless of course it was meant as a funny. then, hardy-har-har.

passed the 50 dollar mark.

I'll have to put you in for $5 tickets at least. You should have some chance of getting karma returned in an immediate fashion.

So I am looking at the paypal accounts of those who have donated and I am beginning to wonder...

Are there really that many women in the adult webmaster industry or have all of the men gotten their own Paypal accounts frozen and now use their respective woman's account?

I think many have girlfriends or wives who are in it also, maybe chathosts that are using pp account to get tips and gifts from members, it wouldn't work sending stuff to [email protected] :)

Where we currently stand:

Trade = 1024696 (86,415 to go)
Money = $236

Remember, until it hits $300 LinkSpun isn't going to be taking out donations so if you are trying to donate, you need to "donate" a bit more to do so. In fact, I am personally donating the Paypal fees...

There are currently 21 people in the drawing and I still don't know who dominik is...

Still plenty of time to grow that pot. Did somebody just pay you via Paypal, Paxum or Payoneer?

Buy 5, 10, or 20 more tickets!

Use the paxum button in the original post or build the pot via Paxum/Payoneer with:

[email protected]

Make damn sure to send me your username from Linkspun!

Got about 1 week to 1 1/2 weeks left. If you want more tickets, you'd better get them quick!
Each ticket costs $1 and can be purchased by using this Paypal link. Each ticket is a chance to win a prize. The more tickets you purchase the more chances you will have to win.
