Stacked Trade Not Working (sometimes)

This has happened a couple of times, so today I grabbed some screenshots.

I selected 3 pages to link back to me, but after I hit "submit" there's only 1 of the pages listed on the trade :(

I'm running Windows XP using Chrome (in case that matters)
