It must be added just like it's shown. http://domain.com NOT http://www.domain.com/

It was added without the www originally as listed in his site porfolio. It seems the trader has it listed as non-www, but in fact it redirects to www anyway.
Problem fixed, but it's seemingly due to some traders listing their www domains without www, and vice versa.
