the list is massive and I wonder about its future impact on the SERPs. and will Google "like" any of them, or it is just going to be a mess to try to get organic traffic.

Google payed and requested for some of them to be created. So apparently they will like those?

I picked up some .pink, have some orders in for .dating and scored a prime .expert domain but that was non porn related.
