I am looking for trades in my niche that might be of interest. Best will go on the left sidebar of the site under "Golden Links". Anything second rate or outside of your front page is probably OK, but will go on my footer. Ideal - Good PageRanks, higher traffic ratings, etc.

So you want my link to be high PR and traffic, yet your site is PR0 with little traffic?
