Spider can't see a link

I have a trade where I trade 6 multiple URL's with one of partners.
For some reason spider doesn't see one of the links in one of the sites. Could you please take a look into it?

Hey there, the link just before the link its looking for is broken.

There is no close on the link above it so the spider skipped to the next closing a tag (which effectively skipped the link it was looking for.
