Has thumblogger blocked Linkspun users?

Every time I go to check someone's thumblogger site from here, I get a page telling me my computer is blacklisted becuase it didn't behave like a normal user. Anyone else get that?

Nope fine here, try this though.

You'll need to add your IP but after a minute or two, you'll be removed from the blacklist. You may have clicked through to many times, or at exact intervals and set off flags as a bot.

Nope just clicked through to someone's site from the link in the trade request, I did the captcha thing which unblocked me and then cut and pasted the link and it was ok.

This is a UK issue, it's UK ISP's that are being blocked for some reason. It unblocks intermittently but then it returns again.

There's a thread on his forum, in the thumblogger section, but as ever he won't respond.
