How about putting something in our settings for two things:
1) Auto deny by time limit a request: 1 week, 1 month, 2 months, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year
2) Auto deny by time limit a pending trade: same as above...
Personally I'd set the request to 2 months...
Then I'd set the pending to 1 month.
I just went in and cleaned house on a lot of those... Seems while I was doing so I found that a lot of users had a start time of 1969 and a last in time of never. Were those users banned? How were their past trades handled if so? And if so why weren't the pending and requested trades removed?
Auto-deny using time limit...

That 1969/Never thing is on users who haven't logged in for 30 days, they are 'auto-hidden' and if they log back in they come back. We hide them so they are removed from search/categories but it does make sense to also remove/deny any pendings they have.
I think after 30 days if we hide them due to inactivity, it makes sense to clear their requests so they don't waste peoples time.
I like the first idea to, not sure if I'd use it myself though, gonna think on it and talk about it as usual.
