New Rule - Using the report button as a comment button.

It appears that Report This User in German must mean talk to the use. Germans regularly send in admin Reports with this button thinking they are talking to their trading partner.

I have tried talking to the offenders via Email and ICQ. They all claim, No Speak Good English. Sorry. So from now on if I have contacted you about not using the button for anything but reporting a user I will just ban you. One less German link spammer.

Examples:

Petja24 - 7 reports in 3 days all asking a trading partner a question they will never see.
tom9765 - 12 reports over 4 days...
master-x - Over 100 in a 2 week period

You three are on my shitlist where this is concerned because you keep on doing it and I have translated plenty of emails into German so you should understand. You people are supposed to be the brightest minds in the world. Start comprehending what you read as though this is true.

Sorry... But I warned you by Email, ICQ and here... and you still do it.
