Faster PR Checker... and more!

I have more than doubled the speed of the PR checker. I noticed it was taking about 2 months to get through the entire list of pages.

I have also increased the speed of the link checker. It was running through the list ever 2 weeks. It should take only days now.

By next year it looks like it might require a separate box to do the checking!

Next I am going to work on getting pages to load faster by tweaking the queries and seeing about caching more content.
