Gotta be careful with your links in comments on your own posts, I just got a load removed for blatant self promotion on nsfw page.
Better to spread the links about on smaller pages with several accounts, they stay on first page longer on the smaller pages also.
Comments only need 3 ups to go dofollow.

If they are on the same IP forget it, even sites on the same class C IP can be discounted if goggle determines them to be affiliated, and cross linking them means they are affiliated.
