If your trade partners are using LO as well then I would not worry too much about it. LO picks up existing links perfectly, even if Linkspun doesn't. Did you try to manually check Linkspun links (hitting the 'check links' button on those trades)?

I think it had to do more with restrictions on the API's and having to pay if you go over... So I do believe this was being looked at as a paid function for later. AFAIK the Alexa API (Amazon), if that is what you are talking about, does not have a "if you go over". You pay per request. I...

Link Trade Manager
Hi All, For some time now I have this idea of creating an online service which people can use to manage their links. Re: why i can submit only 100 trade requests per day?
I don't think this will change soon. What you can try is to trade with more active web masters (like me :D ) who respond quicker to your requests. The other thing that helps is to check your active requests and drop/delete if they are too old (sort them by date/time). I personally think 100 is more ...

It depends, sometimes a web masters redirects an "old" url to a "new". You also have web masters that redirect host.com to www.host.com. There are many reasons why you want/need to redirect. In the LO settings you can set if you want to ignore redirects or not. Its up to you how ...
