You should 301 redirect the old one to the new one, the linkspun spider will follow the redirect and look for the link where it ends up.

You would set page A to hidden, then request links to it, then the other party can only choose page B to link back from. But as has already been pointed out, you have so many outgoing links from that page anyone who knows what they're doing probably won't want the trade.

In the top right corner under where it says "Welcome back Guestroom" there is a row of four links, one of them is "Manage pages". That is where you add your URLs that you want to list and put them in categories and set whether to hide them from other linkspunners or not.

Well ideally the bot should follow the redirects until it gets a 200 response and if it lands up on a different domain, it's an external link.
